your controller probably is China version. Only Chinese version software can add the device. you're using the English version software so need to purchase the non Chinese version controller.

@@eleaauto7256 oui, j'ai solutionné le problème en me connectant via la box (C3 à la box par câble et pc relié a la box par câble) maintenant le souci est que je ne peu pas lire la carte SD donc pas d'info quand le pc est éteint ou pas sur la page contrôle. A suivre
Normally the Devices have a default IP Address like 192.168.1.201 and the common IP for the local network is 192.168.0.X. So what I did was change the IP Address from Device to 192.168.0.201 and it solves the communication issue and I was able to add the device.

While unit is on do the factory reset by flipping #7 dip switch on and off three times reboot the unite . after that open browser and enter default IP 192.168.1.201 default username and password is "admin" make sure communication password is blank and port is 4370 if all checkout try adding unite manually instead using search and lastly be sure to add proper info in area with red star.

The sahaba are people, who met, heard, or saw prophet Mohamed (saw) and remained Muslims. This is the definition most scholars gave to the sahaba. To call a tree a "sahabi" is not correct and is an exaggeration of the world. It is ONLY a tree. Otherwise, the Kaaba and masjid Qibaa and other monuments saw and witnessed prophet Mohamed (saw). Do we call them sahaba as well? My concern is that people will travel to that tree and worship a tree. Even the black stone, Omar (ra) said about it: "by Allah, you are only a stone, and if i did not see prophet Mohamed (saw) kiss you, I would not have kissed you". Lets focus on true Islam, lets go back to the Quran and the Sunnah and not deviate from their way. Otherwise, whomever do that will be from the people of bidaa/innovation and every bidaa/innovation is in hell fire, as prophet Mohamed (saw) told us. I remind myself first.
